Your duties

  • Proactive customer acquisition and establishment of new business relationships with decision makers i.e. banks, advisers, corporates while focusing on the commercial real estate investment and corporate finance market (M&A, Private Equity) in Italy
  • Sales of software solutions for dealing with confidential information
  • Build our customer base by prospecting, networking and hunting to generate new logos, strategic sales, support and development of key accounts
  • Presentations, creating and following-up on offers, contract negotiations directly with decision makers
  • Participating and networking at trade fairs, congresses, and events
  • Documentation of activities in company CRM

Your profile

  • Proven track record in driving the full sales cycle from start to finish: cold calling, building pipelines and closing
  • Track record in generating new logos
  • Team player to work in an international team
  • Good at forecasting and envisioning potential business
  • Stress tolerance, someone able to work in competitive markets and make a difference, able to build strong relationships, creative in the sense of thinking out of the box due to the particularities of the markets
  • Experience in sales of software solutions in the area of real estate/transaction services or another relevant industry desirable
  • Industry knowledge in the areas of software, pre-sales, SaaS
  • Enthusiastic team player with good communications skills, hands-on mentality, ability to work in an agile environment
  • Italian on a native level, fluent English skills
