Your duties

  • Develop a rolling content calendar across audiences, themes and platforms to drive brand discovery and lead generation, and to retain existing customers
  • Taking the business’ core message and target audience, pro-actively research new topics for content, brainstorm copy ideas, write and present options, modify copy, and oversee the production phase of content creation
  • Deliver industry-leading, insight-driven, innovative content, ensuring it fits with the company strategy and marketing goals. Content could include blog posts, videos, podcasts, white papers, ebooks, webinars, infographics, social media, email campaigns, direct mail etc.
  • Pro-actively collaborate with the wider marketing team (Social Media, Digital, PR and Event) and external agencies to execute and deliver content from ideation to publishing
  • Optimise content considering organic SEO, with a focus on driving traffic to the website and increasing demand for Drooms
  • Constantly track, evaluate and report on content performance, and leverage learnings to inform future content
  • Oversee the development of relevant creative assets, working with our internal design team
  • Translate new product releases or updates into high-quality and engaging content
  • Ensure consistency in language throughout all marketing campaigns, messaging, website and customer communication
  • Become a key point of contact for marketing content requirements on a day-to-day basis

Your profile

  • Several years’ experience in content marketing, ideally in a B2B tech environment
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality, engaging content
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a meaningful way, using accessible language
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
  • Demonstrated self-starter with an ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Excellent people skills to interact with colleagues, customers and external agencies
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and Google Analytics
  • Analytically minded, able to spot patterns and trends in content marketing data and draw conclusions and recommendations
  • Feels comfortable pushing the boundaries, challenging the way content is delivered across digital and traditional channels
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • English on a native level, other languages are advantageous
