Customer Service Support Night Shift (f/m/d/x)

Your duties
- Onboard customers on our platform, especially through training
- Administer data room projects, such as the creation of users, distribution of access rights, document upload, USB archive creation
- Execute and maintain accurate document and user security
- Client Support (1st level support) on equal terms for lawyers, investment bankers etc.
- Provide support via telephone & email in English (full professional proficiency)
- Process technical customer inquiries (application, firewall, etc.) and when required liaise with relevant teams
- Ensure proper handover to day shift colleagues
- Consult and support colleagues and managers in the optimisation of processes and products
- Assistance with administrative and other necessary tasks
Your profile
- Strong customer and service orientation with a desire to exceed service levels and customer expectations
- Interest in learning new software, affinity for technology
- Structured, detail oriented and well-organised operation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable and flexible to changing work environment
- Autonomous, reliable and communicative team player
- English full professional proficiency, another European language proficiency, especially German is a plus
- Real Estate industry and due diligence knowledge is a plus
- Experience in using help desk software is a plus
