40 dedicated People work together in our Customer Success Team to provide the best experience for our customers. Our teams are located in all our main locations, speaking multiple languages in order to deliver our unique customer experience 24/7 to enable our customers to get the maximum value out of our digital solutions.

Your duties

  • 1st and 2nd level user support via telephone, email and chat in French and English
  • Conducting web/inhouse training courses in French or/and English
  • Administration and management of data room projects and related tasks
  • Proactive follow-up on projects and clients and customer retention actions
  • Close collaboration with the sales team on client management and other departments

Your profile

  • 2+ years of client facing experience in a customer service, customer success or account manager position 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Independent, reliable, efficient and flexible team player
  • Technical affinity, proactive & think about how actions can affect the overall success.
  • French on a native level and full professional English proficiency, other EU languages are a plus
  • Saas industry and/or due diligence knowledge is a plus
