Your duties

Core aspects of your remit:

PR and Communication
  • Budget planning for international PR 
  • Develop an integrated strategic PR and communications strategy based on the brand identity, and increase the visibility of the organization and our offerings on an international basis
  • Develop media plans for the core-countries that take into account market trends, new products and growth priorities
  • Evolve the internal communications framework to support the employee retention goals, the development of a ”one company culture” 
  • Active development and expansion of the PR network in our core countries for effective and efficient positioning of the company's activities in the public
  • Monitoring, analysis and evaluation of public relations
Content
  • Develop and oversee an integrated content strategy 
  • Ensure that all company narratives and messages support the content strategies
  • Implement analytical systems that actively measure, manage, optimise and communicate the performance of the content
Event Strategy
  • Budget planning for internal and external events
  • Develop an event strategy for each market with the goal of high-quality lead generation
  • Collaboration with external event providers and definition of the most important events per industry and market
  • Define speaker possibilities to position our Country Heads in the respective country as a thought leader

 

Your profile

  • Minimum of five years’ practical experience in journalism or communications
  • Experience with a SaaS/software provider or knowledge of the real estate sector would be a plus
  • Experience in managing a global PR, communication and content strategy
  • Proven skills in relationship building with top tier editors and industry analysts
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise event management activities with team members
  • Ability to make independent decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisation skills
  • Ability to travel for internal and external meetings as required
  • Business fluent in German and fluent in English, other languages advantageous
