Your duties
- You collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on B2B SaaS solution(s) for a demanding global market
- You dive deep into industry sectors, together with our UX researcher, to identify problems and opportunities that help us improve our user journeys
- You turn ideas into reality while keeping scalability in mind
- You convince stakeholders by explaining the value behind your concepts and how they help our users and business
- You coordinate with other team members to ensure design consistency and accurate communication
- You proactively share your design knowledge & experience to amplify our design culture
Your profile
- You are a passionate UX & UI professional with at least 4 years of experience in UX/UI Design
- You are able to create digital products from start to finish and you care about functionality as well as look and feel
- You have cross-platform design experience including mobile apps & responsive web apps
- You are confident with common design tools (Adobe CC, Overflow, Figma, Miro…) and methodologies
- You have excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bonus points for experience in using & maintaining a design system
