Your duties
- Responsible for the production and quality of drooms.com
- Designing, building and revising web pages using Figma and WordPress
- Collaborating with other (Web) Designers, Marketing and Product experts to ensure a creative and understandable storytelling around our product on your designed web pages
- Collecting briefings and content from stakeholders for collections like events and other resources
- Overseeing the overall user journey on drooms.com, optimizing the UX to boost our conversion funnel
- Providing insightful reporting through Google Analytics
- Quality Assurance — handling bugs and feedbacks, owning the process of launch new pages and making sure that everything feels and looks as expected before going live.
Your profile
- An experienced web designer who is comfortable in designing, managing and developing SaaS or e-commerce websites
- 3+ years of experience building websites in WordPress and corresponding plugins like Elementor
- Familiar with managed WordPress hosting solutions like Kinsta, WP Engine and Coudways
- A well-spoken, humble creator who can present ideas effectively
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Suite, Figma
- Good knowledge in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript or GIT and CI/CD solutions
- An outstanding team contributor, who is able to to give and receive feedback constructively
- Good understanding of content management systems and search engine optimization principles
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
- Excellent visual design skills
- Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies
- Creative and open to new ideas
- Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
- Excellent communication skills
