Your duties
- Handling of Inbound Data Carrier Orders following company guidelines
- Analyzing inbound orders, validating details (admin details, quantity, destination details, deadline of delivery)
- Creation of archives as per inbound order(s) manually or via Rimage
- Quality assurance to ensure safe transmission of data onto medium by testing data
- Logistical arrangements i.e. arranging parcel shipments from Drooms HQ to delivery destination(s)
- Comms to client regarding delivery details
- Administrative handling of orders for later billing to client
Your profile
- Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Highest discretion in dealing with confidential information
- Customer and solution orientation
- Fluency in English and German, Multiple language skills welcome
