Your tasks

Client Acquisition:

  • Proactive customer acquisition and establishment of new business relationships with decision makers i.e. banks, advisers or corporates, ideally an established network of these ideal client profiles is preferred.
Achieve and Surpass Targets:
  • Meet and exceed your monthly and quarterly meeting targets, quality, and activity goals by leveraging our advanced sales engagement platform and cutting-edge research tools.
Strategic Partnerships:
  • Collaborate with your Regional Sales team to strategically identify and qualify Target Accounts, thereby enhancing pipeline and revenue within your territory.
Engaging Communication:
  • Deliver compelling promotional messages to a discerning audience through various channels, including telephone, email, social media, and video.
Pipeline Management:
  • Create and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients by conducting thorough research, identifying key stakeholders, generating interest, and adeptly managing objections.
Sales Enablement:
  • Engage with Drooms’ Sales Enablement and RevOps team to receive comprehensive training and certification on our innovative products.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise field sales experience including prior success selling SaaS solutions to organizations of all sizes, Real Estate sector experience is preferred
  • Proven track record in driving the full sales cycle from start to finish cold calls, building pipelines and closing
  • Training or commensurate experience with Solution Selling, Challenger, Force Management, Spiced or equivalent consultative sales methodology
  • A proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets
  • Industry knowledge in the areas of software, pre-sales/RevOps, SaaS, Real Estate
  • Enthusiastic team player with good communications skills, hands-on mentality, strong engagement and motivation
  • Business fluent in English
