Your tasks

  • Collaborate with product managers and development teams to understand project requirements and contribute to test objectives and strategies
  • Create and maintain detailed manual test plans and test cases based on business requirements and user stories
  • Contribute to the documentation of clear and organized test documentation.
  • Execute manual test cases, perform exploratory testing, and conduct usability testing to identify defects and ensure software functionality
  • Report defects accurately using Jira, including comprehensive steps to reproduce and relevant information
  • Taking care of problems in the products reported through Zoho Desk (Identifying whether they are bugs or not)
  • Assist in maintaining and updating manual test documentation as needed
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure a shared understanding of quality goals
  • Communicate test results, defects, and quality-related insights clearly and effectively to relevant team members
  • Actively participate in regular status meetings and contribute to the QA process, including test planning, execution, and reporting

Your Profile

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on manual testing
  • Solid experience with manual testing techniques and methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools, such as Jira and Xray
  • Developing analytical skills to identify defects and contribute to their resolution
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and document test results
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
  • You possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills
