Your tasks
Client Acquisition:
- Proactive customer acquisition and establishment of new business relationships with decision makers i.e. banks, advisers or corporates, ideally an established network of these ideal client profiles is preferred
- Main Focus of Real Estate clients
- Meet and exceed your monthly and quarterly meeting targets, quality, and activity goals by leveraging our advanced sales engagement platform and cutting-edge research tools
- Collaborate with your Regional Sales team to strategically identify and qualify Target Accounts, thereby enhancing pipeline and revenue within your territory
- Deliver compelling promotional messages to a discerning audience through various channels, including telephone, email, social media and video
- Create and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients by conducting thorough research, identifying key stakeholders, generating interest, and adeptly managing objections
- Engage with Drooms’ Sales Enablement and RevOps team to receive comprehensive training and certification on our innovative products
Your Profile
Minimum 2 years of enterprise field sales experience, with a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to organisations of various sizes
Previous experience in the real estate sector is a strong advantage
Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle: from cold calling and pipeline building to closing deals
Consistently met or exceeded sales targets in previous roles
Solid understanding of software sales, pre-sales, RevOps, SaaS, and/or the real estate industry
Strong communication skills, a hands-on mindset, high energy, and a collaborative team spirit
Business fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
