Business Development/New Accounts

Your tasks

  • Collaborate with the management team, Heads of Sales, and CRO to develop a company-wide sales strategy aimed at increasing market share, including conducting proactive market research
  • Facilitate weekly pipeline meetings and support opportunity management throughout the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing deals within the assigned territory
  • Lead high-value customer meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations, both in-person and virtually
  • Establish a strong on-site presence to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Provide formal coaching and on-site guidance through interactive sessions to improve team performance
  • Effectively communicate and persuade customers of the value Drooms' solutions bring to their business, leveraging the company's brand, scale, and market position for a competitive advantage
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, focusing on activities that foster team growth, pipeline expansion, and revenue generation
  • Understand key buyer personas and engage in discussions around their specific business challenges
  • Mentor and coach team members, identifying and addressing skill gaps to enhance performance
  • Contribute to the development of broader sales strategies by offering insights and suggestions to senior management

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of quota-achieving sales experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding activity metrics and meeting sales targets
  • 3+ years of proven management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and expand existing revenue streams through effective prospecting, opportunity identification, account management, and strong communication skills
  • Skilled in confidently handling customer interactions, responding promptly to inquiries, and clearly articulating the unique value of Drooms solutions to differentiate them from competitors
  • Capable of identifying and delivering "compelling events" that motivate customers to make purchasing decisions
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, remote team environment
  • Positive mindset, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent follow-up abilities
  • Business fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
