Your tasks

  • Involvement in administration and performing document structuring, index creation, blacklining services, and other project related tasks
  • Data Room Management: Support in the creation, management, and archiving of data rooms
  • Data collection and reports creation for both - customers and internal purposes
  • Executing and maintaining accurate document and user security
  • Provision of 1st and 2nd level user support via telephone, email and chat in Italian, Spanish and English
  • Archive creation: Image, testing, packing, ordering, and ensuring delivery

Your Profile

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative tasks and MS Office with particular emphasis on Excel
  • Hands-on mentality, customer & solution orientated, multi-tasking skills and good time and organization management
  • Structured, detail oriented and well organized
  • Technical affinity, proactivity, and awareness of how actions can affect the overall success of a project or company
  • Fluent in Italian, English and Spanish
  • Multiple language skills welcome
